To my surprise it worked really well from the first night noticeable changes from night 1. Very comfortable and wonderful to sleep with overnight. Highly recommend. I’m 6ft 2 and have a bigger build with medium length hair and purchased the small size I would recommend medium if you’re similar build. Great value and amazing quality.

That's what I would have said if I used anything other than the Strands of Silk bonnet. It's a lovely blue colour and so damn soft - I can go to sleep with styled hair and sleep knowing that my hair will look the same the next morning. The silk band, despite how soft it is, is quite resilient and holds the bonnet in place for the night. It's great - give it a go.
