Returns & 100 Nights Free Trial Policy (Australia)


At Strands of Silk, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your silk purchase, and we’re confident you will. That’s why we offer a flexible Returns Policy and a special 100-Night Free Trial on selected items.

 


 

🌙 100 Nights Free Trial – Sleep With Confidence


We offer a 100-night risk-free trial on our silk sleeping caps, deep sleep eye masks, and silk pillowcases because we believe in the difference silk can make for your hair, skin, and sleep.

 

📝 Conditions of the 100-Night Trial:


To be eligible for a refund under the trial, we kindly ask that you:

Have used the product for at least 30 nights to allow time for your body and sleep routine to adjust.

Have followed our tips and instructions for proper use — including guidance to help keep the cap on throughout the night.

• Have purchased the correct size. If not, and exchange can take place in this instance. If the exchange takes place, it will not be able to be returned for free again. 

Provide feedback on your experience so we can continue to improve our products.

Submit your return request within 100 days of delivery.


💡Please note: The 100-night trial is limited to one return per product type, per household.

🔁 Standard Returns (Within 30 Days)


If your item doesn’t fall under the 100-night trial, we still accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

Unwashed and unused

In original packaging

Accompanied by a valid order number

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return


For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Used scrunchies (unless faulty), or accessory products 

Clearance or final sale items

Gift cards

 


 

⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items


If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping.

 


 

💳 Refunds


Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been received.

 


 

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns and the 100 night trial.

Strands of Silk covers return shipping for faulty items. 

 


 

Wrong Address orders

If your order is sent to the wrong address and is returned to us, a $10 shipping fee will be charged to send the order back out again. This is because we do get charged a returned and restocking fee. 

 


 

Item not delivered? 

Please contact us within 14 days after the expected delivery timeframe if your order was not delivered. This is because our shipping carriers do not hold the ability to research into missing orders after 14 days. If the 14 days have passed, we resolve no responsibility to send another item to you.
